Osisko Royalties was spun out of the very first Osisko Mining at its take-over (by AEM and Yamana). The main right is a royalty on the very large Canadian Malartic mine. John Burzynski still runs the company, with a new impetus after the take-over of Osisko Mining 2.0 by Gold Fields. Its main asset is the Windfall Lake Mine development: a high grade underground resource.
